ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider representations dated 19.05.2025 and 19.08.2025, record the correct Provident Fund accumulation in the Petitioner's account, and also to record the actual balance of provident fund accumulation to petitioner, calculating the actual balance recorded in audit report for 2019-2020, that is Rs.9,61,151/- and thereafter add further interest as mentioned in circular in Na.Ka.631/2010-11 R1, dated 31.01.2018.

Considering the limited relief that has been sought for, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.05.2025 and 19.08.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
