ORDER

Though the petitioner has challenged the award of the Labour Court dismissing the Industrial Dispute raised by him claiming that he was orally terminated on 23.04.2004, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that he is no longer interested in rejoining the duty with the respondent management. However, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has to pay him certain statutory benefits. The writ petition stands dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to the statutory and monetary benefits like Provident Fund, EPF, Earn Leave Salary and Gratuity and other benefits. No costs.
