2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is taken on file.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 18 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.11231/2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.12476/2025 dated 25.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.11231/2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.12476/2025 dated 25.08.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
