ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.07.2011.

2. Heard Mr.C.Sundaravadivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the first respondent and Mr.V.P.Rajan, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents 4 and 5. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Despite service of notice and the names of the respondents 2 and 3 are printed in the cause list, no representation for them.

4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that it would be suffice that if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.07.2011.

5.Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent would contend that the representation was given six years ago and if a fresh representation is given by the petitioner, the first respondent is ready to consider the same. 6.In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the first respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such compliance, the first respondent is directed to take action and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to both parties, within a period of twelve weeks therefrom.

7.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
