ORDER
The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her mother by interfering the matrimonial dispute.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner and that the same would be completed within a period of two weeks. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner however, submits that this is the third complaint lodged by the third respondent and that the respondents Police are repeatedly calling the petitioner for enquiry. . 4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, the respondents Police shall not act on the repeated complaints of the third respondent. If there is any complaint of the third respondent pending, the respondents Police shall conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks and 2/4
communicate the results of the enquiry to the petitioner and the third respondent.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
