PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st Respondent DEEO in Na.Ka.No.3570/Aa1/2011, dated 05.09.2011, quash the same.

ORDER

The order passed by the District Elementary Educational Officer in proceedings dated 05.09.2011 imposing direct payment under the provisions of the Act is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the competent authority passed an order dated 14.12.2011, cancelling the order of direct payment itself. Hence, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
