ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner purchased the petition mentioned property from one Thangaiya vide sale deed dated 25.01.2019. It was registered as Document No. 323/19 on the file of the second respondent. The petitioner felt aggrieved by the inclusion of the said property as belonging to PACL limited. Hence, he filed a petition before the Committee constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Civil Appeal No.13301 of 2015. The said committee vide order dated 10.01.2022 accepted the petitioner's claim. It was specifically made clear that PACL has no claim on the petition mentioned land. The petitioner therefore wants the second respondent to delete the adverse entry made in the encumbrance register in respect of the petition mentioned land. Once an entry has been made, it cannot be deleted.
The effect of the same can be overcome by incorporating further entries. Relief can be given to the petitioner by directing the second respondent to register the order dated 10.01.2022 passed by the Committee in File No.877, so that it can be seen by anybody that the petition mentioned land is not under any cloud.
