Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent 1/4
police submitted that a total of 22 previous cases are pending against the petitioner, and they are similar in nature. He further submitted that, from the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it is found that the petitioner had used the stolen vehicle for transporting sand.
2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
