Respondents PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 BNSS, to transfer the investigation in connection with Cr.No.27 of 2021 from the file of the 3rd respondent to CBCID/4th respondent or any other independent investigating agency under the supervision of the 1st 1/4

respondent and consequently take necessary action within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.27 of 2021 from the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent under the supervision of the first respondent and consequently to take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in this case has now been completed and that the final report would be filed within a period of one month.

3.Since the investigation has been completed, this Court is of the view that the the prayer sought for by the petitioner i.e., the transfer of investigation, cannot be granted. The respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggreived by the final report, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
