O R D E R
(Order of the court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed complaining that the wife of the petitioner Parveen Banu aged about 29 years had been missing on and from 01.10.2025. She had noted in her diary that she had left on her own. The petitioner had lodged a complaint in this regard with the 2nd respondent.
2. The detenue/wife of the petitioner had been located and produced before this court today. We enquired with her. She stated that owing to marital disputes and unable to bear the harassment, she had taken a decision to move away from the marital house. She stated that she would not go with the petitioner. She stated that she is staying with the mother of another individual and working and would continue to reside with her. She has given her present address to the 2nd respondent.
3. Since she had expressed her opinion about the fact that she does not want to go with the petitioner and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. [C.V.K., J.] [R.V., J.] 06.11.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No RR To:
