This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner in the post of Junior Training Officer in the Department of Employment and Training with all consequential benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025.

2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.

3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction seeking to direct the second respondent to regularize his service in the post of Junior Training Officer in the Department of Employment and Training by considering his representation dated 09.04.2025, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the 2/4

petitioner dated 09.04.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
