He submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer has received the report of the Tahsildar with regard to the petitioner's appeal and would pass orders on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a 2/4
