The petitioner/accused in Spl.SC.No.99 of 2020, on the file of the Mahila Court, Trichirappalli has filed this petition to suspend the sentence imposed on him by the trial Court, for the offence under Section 9(m) r/w 10(3 counts) of POCSO Act, 2012 and Section 9(1) r/w 10 (3 counts) of POCSO Act.

2.Today(15.04.2026), when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
