Respondents PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 BNSS, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in connection with the case in Crime No.986/2024 dated 18.12.2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to the file of the 2nd respondent under the supervision of the 1st respondent, based on the petitioner's representation 1/4

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.986/2024 from the file of the third respondent police to the file of the second respondent. 2.Though the prayer is for the transfer of the investigation to the second respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second resondent may be directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a 2/4
