O R D E R

By relying on a settlement deed dated 18.06.2018 and patta No. 363 in the name of the petitioner's mother, the petitioner applied for a survey of the land in survey No.127/2A of the extent of 25 cents. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He has placed on record notice regarding the survey scheduled on 03.11.2025.

3. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to issue notice to the owners of relevant adjacent lands, consider objections, if any, from them, and conclude the survey within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
