ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief : "To direct the 3rd respondent to regularise petitioner's unapproved plots No.6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 which is situated at Sevalpatti Village, Kattukuthagai Karisalkulam Hamlet, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering petitioners representation dated 09.08.2025."

2. The learned Special Government Pleader would represent that the 3rd respondent had issued notice to the petitioner, dated 17.10.2025 asking him to produce the documents within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Unfortunately, the said notice has been returned with an endorsement 'refused'.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner shall submit those documents on or before 29.10.2025 and the 3rd respondent is directed to pass orders, after giving the petitioner an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of two (2) weeks therefrom.

4. Considering that the orders have been passed in the presence of the learned counsels and the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent shall not insist upon the production of the order copy.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
