ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the writ petitioner was reinstated into service and once again disciplinary proceedings were initiated against him and he was terminated from service.

2.Thus, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
