The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that in respect of the first writ petitioner Mr.K.Rajasekaran is concerned, the benefit sought for has already been settled. This apart, the first petitioner was retired from service and received all his terminal and retirement benefits. In respect of the second writ petitioner, a criminal case was registered and the same is pending. Thus, his claim will be considered only after the final disposal of the criminal case.
