Prayer : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to revise and refix the station seniority in the cadre of tutor at Government Dental College, Pudukottai by considering the petitioner representation dated 17.07.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to revise and refix the station seniority in the cadre of tutor at Government Dental College, Pudukottai by considering the petitioner representation dated 17.07.2025.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 17.07.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
