ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.323 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to registration of FIR, investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thoothukudi through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
