Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No.1697/2024 ViruMaa, dated 08.08.2024, quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners application for regularization and approval dated 20.02.2024 afresh, by treating the conferment of sale of 51 plots executed through settlement deed is valid and good in accordance with Rule 3 of G.O.(Ms) No.78 dated 04.05.2017.

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No.1697/2024 ViruMaa, dated 08.08.2024, quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners application for regularization and approval dated 20.02.2024 afresh, by treating the conferment of sale of 51 plots executed through settlement deed is valid and good in accordance with Rule 3 of G.O.(Ms) No. 78 dated 04.05.2017"

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions would submit that as and when all the relevant documents to the subject property are produced, the request will be considered.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he will produce all the relevant documents before the respondents.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is directed to submit all the relevant documents to the respondents within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to verify the documents submitted by the petitioner and thereafter, grant approval plan to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks therefrom. 3/5
