ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.708 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent. 2.Though the prayer in the petition is for the transfer of investigation from the file of the second respondent to the third respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent may conduct the investigation under the supervision of the Deputy Superindentent of Police, Thalaiyuthu Division, 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to conclude the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible and the investigation shall be monitored by the 2/4

Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thalaiyuth Division, Tirunelveli District.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
