ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 04.06.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.3777 of 2025.
2.It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that though this Court has directed the authorities concerned to remove the encroachment as per law, the directions of this Court have not been complied with.
3.When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted a report of the Tahsildar in Na.Ka.A2/1879/2023 dated 19.02.2026 to the effect that the encroachment has already been removed in compliance of the order of this Court dated 04.06.2025.
