JUDGMENT

When the Second Appeal came up for hearing on 05.04.2018 there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and hence, the Second Appeal was directed to be listed on 09.04.2018, under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter is taken up for hearing on 09.04.2018, the learned counsel for the appellant requested this Court to adjourn this matter by one week. Hence, at request of the learned counsel for the appellant the matter was adjourned to 16.04.2018 under the same caption. 2.Even today (16.04.2018) the learned representing counsel for the appellant is not ready to argue the appeal and he seeks further adjournment. Hence, this Court has no other option, but to dismiss this Second Appeal for non-prosecution. 3.As a result, the Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
