ORDER
The petitioner seeks the transfer of the investigation in Crime No. 436 of 2013, from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent or to any other competent agency.
2.Though the prayer in the petition is for the transfer of investigation from the file of the third respondent to the second respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent may conduct the investigation under the supervision of the second respondent.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to conclude the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible and the investigation shall be monitored by the second respondent.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
