ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her husband by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the respondent had issued notice to the petitioner and the same was returned with an endorsement as "party refused". He further submitted that since there is no cooperation from the petitioner, the representation of the petitioner cannot be considered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, however, would submit that the petitioner would appear before the respondent Police on 03.11.2025.

4.In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry, after giving notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
