ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.77 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police for offences under Sections 296(b) and 115(2) of BNS r/w 67 of IT Act.

2.When this Court expressed that the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a counter complaint by the first petitioner against the defacto complainant on the date of occurrence itself and the same is pending investigation in Crime No.76 of 2025, for the offences under Sections296(b), 125, 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the respondent police to conduct investigation in both the FIRs and after compliance of PSO 566, to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of 2/4

receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
