ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the transfer the investigation in Crime No.178 of 2025 from the file of the third respondent to any other competent Investigating Officer.

2.Though the prayer is for transfer of investigation, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent may be directed to monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent shall monitor the investigation conducted by the third respondent.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
