Mrs.M.Aasha, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.13571 of 2025 dated 20.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. She further submitted that charge sheet has been filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13571 of 2/4

2025, dated 20.08.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
