By relying on a sale deed dated 22.09.2021 in respect of 1 acre 40 cents in survey No.118/1A, the petitioners applied for a survey and subdivision.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Government Advocate submits that an inquiry would be conducted by issuing notice to the other joint pattadars under patta No.469 before a decision is taken.

3. In these circumstances, it is not necessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's representation by issuing notice to all the pattadars under patta No.469. After providing a reasonable opportunity to them, a speaking order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. W.M.P.(MD) No.23223 of 2025 is allowed.
