DECREE : This second appeal coming on for hearing as to admimssion on this day and upon perusing the grounds of appeal, the judgment and decrees of the Lower Appellate court and the court of first instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.S.Venkataramana, Advocate for the appellant, and of Mr.K.S.Shankar Murali, Advocate for the respondent, this court doth order and decree as follows:- i)that the judgment and decree dated 01.11.2012 made in A.S.No.62 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli confirming the judgment and decree dated 16.07.2009 made in OS.No.95 of 2003 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli be and hereby are confirmed and this second appeal is dismissed; and ii)that there be no costs in this appeal.
