O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.06.2025 and pass order, recognizing the petitioner as Reader in the Department of Samhita and Siddhanta w.e.f., 22.01.2014 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made representation on 26.06.2025 for the very same relief.

3.In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and also taking into consideration of the applicability of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in WA(MD).No.1310 of 2023 dated 18.07.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
