i) that, the appeal preferred against the judgment and decree dated 12.04.2013 passed in A.S.No.60 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli, confirming the judgment and decree in O.S.No.58 of 2005, dated 23.12.2009, passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, be and hereby is affirmed and the Second Appeal is dismissed; and ii) that, there be no costs in this Second Appeal.
