This Writ Petition is to be dismissed with costs. 2.The petitioner has already challenged an order dated 13.06.2025 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer and an order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 ('Act') issued by the Tahsildar dated 29.08.2025 in W.P(MD)No.24762 of 2025. Writ Petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 11.09.2025, granting liberty to the petitioner to (i) challenge the order dated 13.06.2025 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer by way of appeal before the District Revenue Officer and (ii) challenge the order dated 29.08.2025 passed under Section 6 of the Act before the appropriate authority being the District Collector.

3.While the petitioner has availed the first liberty, no appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 29.08.2025 and it is hence that the notice impugned in this Writ Petition dated 13.10.2025 has come to be issued by the authorities.

4.Having not challenged the order dated 29.08.2025 under Section 6 of the Act, the petitioner has to face the consequences thereof. There is nothing improper in the impugned reminder that has been issued by the authorities. Faced with this position, learned counsel for the petitioner pleads that some more time may be granted. 5.Liberty granted under the earlier order is reiterated. The petitioner be granted some more time upon remitting a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) payable to the High Court 3/6

The petitioner is granted one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to file an appeal against the order dated 29.08.2025 under Section 6 of the Act.
