ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2011.

2.Heard Mr.P.Muthuvijaya Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.08.2011.

4. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the representation was given in the year 2011. If a fresh representation is given to the first respondent, who is the competent authority, he would consider the same in accordance with law.

5.In the light of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the first respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such compliance, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunities to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks therefrom.

6.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
