DECREE : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Thursday the fourth day of October Two Thousand and Eighteen and upon perusing the grounds of appeal, the decree and judgment of the Lower Appellate Court and the court of first instance and the material papers in this suit and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate for Appellants, and MS.J.MARIA ROSELINE, Advocate for Respondent and having stood over for consideration till this day, this court, doth order and decree as follows:-

That the judgment and decree dated 18.09.2012 and made in A.S.No.76 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli confirming the Judgment and decree dated 26.02.2010 passed in O.S.No.2029 of 2006 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirapalli be and hereby are confirmed and the Second Appeal is dismissed;
