This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to relieve the Petitioner from Chennai Higher Secondary School, Tharamani, so as to enable her to join duty at Government Higher Secondary School, Melattur, in Thanjavur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

District on the basis of the order passed by the 1st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.125762/C2/E1/2010 dated 28-12-2010.

2. It is seen from the records that this writ petition is filed in the year 2011 and there are 5 years have been lapsed. Therefore, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous.
