ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent, his men, subordinates and agents from in any manner dispossessing the petitioner from his property in S.No.192/1B, Sholapuram Town Panchayat, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District, without following the due process of law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter and the petition may be closed, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief, if required.
