JUDGMENT

Even after two years, the appellant is not prepared to argue the matter for admission atleast. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to dismiss the Second Appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
