J U D G M E N T

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner and the respondent and their respective counsel are present before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent have jointly filed a compromise memo before this Court duly signed by the parties stating that the matter is settled out of court between the parties amicably. Therefore, this second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs.
