This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the official respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the Planning permit No.200/2010, dated 06-01-2011 granted in favour of the sixth respondent relating to the construction of Shop and House at Door No.11, East Street, comprised in S.No.317/1A of Udangudi, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
