2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

Taking into consideration the submissions made, para No.6,condition No.(b) of the order dated 15.09.2025 is modified to the effect that "(b)the petitioner shall stay at Virudhunagar and report before the Inspector of Police, Bazar Police Station, Virudhunagar, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
