2.The impugned Form III notice shall be treated as show cause notice. The petitioner is permitted to offer his objections before the third respondent. The third respondent will hold an enquiry and pass an appropriate order. The petitioner is given three weeks time from today ie., 30.10.2025 to offer his objections. The rights of the petitioner will abide by the order to be passed by the third respondent. This exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
