Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner asserts that the petition mentioned property belongs to the villagers. The revenue record does not say so. When not even an iota of material has been placed in support of the writ petitioner's claim, the writ Court cannot issue any direction. The petitioner has to workout their rights elsewhere.

3.With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
