ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the fourth respondent had lodged a complaint in respect of a civil dispute relating to construction of house, for which, the petitioner was appointed as a Contractor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that CSR is pending on the complaint given by the fourth respondent; that the same would be completed within a period of two weeks; and that they would not harass the petitioner.

4. Since an enquiry is pending, the petitioner may appear before the respondent Police on summons. It is needless to say that the respondent Police shall not harass the petitioner in any manner. The respondent Police shall 2/4

conclude the enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
