This Criminal Miscellaneous Application is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment dated 11.12.2020 in C.C.No.460 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni, Theni District.

2. Heard Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner and Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the 3rd Respondent.

3. Mr.S.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner seeks time to file an application before the trial Court for the certified copy of the judgment made in C.C.No.460 of 2012 dated 11.12.2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni, Theni District. He further submits that as and when the certified copy is obtained by the Revision Petitioner, the same will be produced before this Court by way of supplementary affidavit and in this regard, he prays four weeks time to file the certified copy of the said judgment.

4. Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

Accordingly, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Court grants four weeks time to produce the certified copy of the judgment made in C.C.No.460 of 2012 dated 11.12.2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Theni, Theni District. On such production, Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and put up the Criminal Revision Petition "For Admission" on 02.12.2025 before the appropriate Bench.

6. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
