PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 21.08.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 3rd respondent not to evict the petitioner without following due process of law by demolishing the petitioner's property in S.No.438, situated at Vaivespuram, Nagayakottai Post, Guziliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul District.
