The petitioner succeeded in proceedings before the Revenue Divisional Officer, who has issued the order dated 30.09.2025 in favour of the petitioner. On the ground that the patta has not been issued in spite of such order, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the second respondent would examine whether a revision has been filed by the counterparty, Irulaiya, against the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer and, if no revision is pending, orders would be issued for grant of patta within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In these circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's request 2/4
