The above petition has been filed seeking orders to substitute the petitioner herein as the second respondent in the place of previous President, who was reported dead.

2. No representation for the respondents 13 to 15.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 11.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 11 would submit that they are not having any objections to allow the petition.

5. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the submissions made on either side, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers and post the same on 21.01.2026.
