ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to call for records in Na.Ka. No.1221/2021/F1, dated 01.09.2025, notice issued by 2nd respondent - Commissioner, Ambasamuthiram Taluk, Vikramasingapuram Municipality purported to be issued to remove in respect of Shop No.276, A-1, Ambalavanapuram Main Road, Thirunelveli District - 627 425, and quash the above notice."

2. A perusal of the impugned order clearly indicate that the same has been passed without notice and without hearing the petitioner. Therefore, considering the fact that a non-speaking order has been passed without giving an opportunity to the petitioner to explain her stand and

as the impugned order is violative of principles of natural justice, the same is set aside and the 2nd respondent is directed to issue fresh show cause notice to the petitioner and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to submit her objections, the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
